The cottage MARINA DES TRENC is a beautiful building, typically mediterranean, with majorcan shutters and beamed ceilings. The house is especially suitable for holidays, particularly when you are looking for quiet vacations. It is in the south of the beautiful island Majorca, in the community of Campos, a town, that stays away from the mass tourism and seeks to preserve the virginity of its beaches, with the fine sand and the clear water.
Characteristics
We offer a cottage with a pool, located in a very quiet rural area, framed by a well mentained mediterranean garden, impressive with its landscaped lawns and mediterranean trees (palms, carobs, olive trees). The property is protected from the view from outside by bushes.
During the hot days of the year it is a pleasure to take a refreshing dip in the pool and relax afterwards on a sunlounger under the sunshade. A roofed porch invites you to dine outside, and the warm summernights are ideal for a BBQ with delicious products fresh from the area. The terrace allows you a good view of the pool, which gives more safety for the children.
On the inside you will find a livingroom with a very cosy atmosphere, where you can relax with a good book or by watching one of the various TV-channels, via satellite, even from your homecountry. Free Internet is also available.
The kitchen is practical and functional and has everything that will make your stay as comfortable as possible (washing machine, gas hob electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, small appliances and a complete set of household items).
The bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes, are well designed and equipped with pleasant and beautiful furniture.
The two modern bathrooms (one en suite) are bathed with natural light and well equipped.
Ubicación
The cottage is located at the end of a street, which offers incredible tranquility but at the same time you are near two small villages, SES COVETES and SA RÁPITA. In Sa Rápita (aprox. 3km) you can find some small shops (supermarket, bakery) and restaurants.
In Campos (aprox. 8km) are the big and inexpensive supermarkets: MERCADONA, LIDL, MÜLLER, SYP, HIPERCENTRO.
The “small” size of Majorca, with its modern road network, allows excursions all over the island. You can visit any area within a day.
